How can people think we need hate crime legislation when Daphne Sulk(15) was brutally murdered by Kevin Robinson(38), because she refused to have an abortion, and Robinson got 22 years in prison for it? i know about Matthew Shepherd. I also know that his murderers are only alive because of Shepherd's mom pleaded for their lives. I also don't see how a gay person is more valuable than a straight person. Murder is murder.
