No, they never divorced. I have never seen an episode where they were divorced. only when they actually had gotten married.

Took too long for them to get together, they couldn't have divorced that quickly.....lol
Reply:NO they end the last season with everyone going their separate ways and starting different parts of each ones new lives. Niles and daphne go on to start their life as new parents with the world waiting around the corner.By the way I heard that Eddie died recently what a great dog!
