Gema.... we have a friend with that name, hers is pronounced with the g sound... I think she'll have a lifetime of mispronounced with that. It is nice together though- if you love it, use it!

Reply:Daphne is lovely. I am not so sure about Gema, though. I can't find it on behindthename.com. If it's a family surname, then I think it's fine. If it's an alternate spelling and pronunciation of Gemma, then I don't like it.
