For Halloween, I'm being Daphne from Scooby Doo and I don't want to spend over 20 dollars on the costume

Thrift store...Goodwill....consignment shops...make it yourself, put together the costume.........you can find all the stuff in the stores mentioned above for very cheap prices!!!!
